Tim was a Time Minister. He loved helping people. When a black hole opened up near Temperos, the Time Ministers decided to move their entire planet to be close to the Chronese and 'help them'.

But Tim was a special helper. He didn't just help people when they needed it.

Oh no.

He helped people BEFORE they needed it. 

Tim could travel through time. So, when he knew of someone having an accident in the past, he'd travel back in time and help them before they had the accident. Or he'd travel back in time and answer a question before the question was asked. 

Can you imagine this? Can you imagine meeting someone who already knew what you were going to say before you said it? How annoying would that be? You try to ask Tim a question and he answers you before you ask it.

Or you might be about to slip on a slippery street and Tim would suddenly be there to stop you from falling.

Every second of every minute of every hour of every day there would be Tim appearing out of thin air answering questions before they're asked or preventing accidents before they happen. 

But that's not all Tim did. He didn't just travel back in time to prevent an accident.
